Gaming Regulatory Commission

Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming Regulatory Commission Licensing Department

The PSAGRC Licensing Department’s major responsibility is conducting background investigations on both potential casino employees and on potential casino vendors and issuing licenses to those who meet the requirements for licensure.

The Pueblo of Santa Ana wants the gaming industry and everyone involved in it, to be free from any hint of corruption or deceit.  Therefore, the PSAGRC takes its regulation of the industry very seriously, including the issuance of licenses. Possessing and obtaining a license through the PSAGRC is a privilege, not a right and is a privilege that can be suspended and/or revoked.
