The Tamaya Pueblo has established a Human Resources Department to develop and administer a comprehensive personnel management program.
This Department is responsible for employment services, benefits administration, and employment relations within the Tribal organization.

"To administer personnel policies for the Tribal Government; to provide personnel management functions for the Tribal Government; and to provide services to the public."
